The continuous regulatory evolution that has involved the programming and reorganization of universities, associated with increasingly stringent restrictions on the acquisition of human resources and the reduction of economic financing linked to performance criteria, has led universities to review their programming processes in order to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their actions.

In this context, the University of Turin has embarked on a  path of development of programming activities focusing both on methodological aspects and on the coherence of the contents, emphasizing the focus on the real aims of the interventions, for greater effectiveness of the plans set and a minor performance load.
